Rita
J. Galowich
Founder and President of Fund Inc®,
Rita has devoted her career to working with not-for-profit
organizations. Her experience as a staff member and consultant with
education, social service, culture and health care organizations has
given her a wealth of knowledge to enhance her clients’
development efforts. She has successfully facilitated a wide range of
projects from start-up development programs to multi-million dollar
capital campaigns. A leader, educator, speaker and facilitator, Rita
has the ability to see the long-term picture while implementing
short-term goals. Throughout her career Rita has empowered
organizations by helping them build capacity through board education
and training, implementing donor acquisition programs and increasing
individual giving levels, and creating major gift solicitation
strategies.
Rita holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies
(Administration) and Master of Education degree from National-Louis
University. She is a member of the Giving Institute, Leading
Consultants to Non-profits; the Association of Fundraising
Professionals; and Women in Development. She is a founding member of
Impact 100 Chicago.

Pamela Bourgeios
Pam
is founder of Paint Box Designs, a graphic design firm focusing on the
development and print management of collateral materials. Having worked
in the advertising industry for more than fifteen years, she offers
clients a unique perspective in creative graphic design. Pam works
closely with clients and printers to ensure quality products and
efficient management of the design and printing process.

Alanna
Gordon
Alanna Gordon is an award-winning writer
who has held full-time speechwriting positions with two national
health-care associations. Her extensive editorial experience also
includes articles, op-eds, press releases, reports and brochures for a
variety of clients. Her writing is clear and crisp, with special
sensitivity to the language's nuance and tone.

Janet
Messenger
In
Janet’s own words: “From the time she was in pigtails
engraving her name on school desks, Janet carved a career as a
journalist.”
Her fundraising background includes writing case statements, proposals,
solicitation letters, pamphlets, fact books and campaign brochures for
National-Louis University and Northwestern University. A print
journalist, Janet has written for both newspapers and magazines,
including local publications such as the Evanston RoundTable, North
Shore magazine and the Chicago Tribune. She has now joined the new
media, blogging her heart away.

Anne
Reusché
With
25 years of experience in Chicago’s nonprofit sector as both a
fundraiser and grant-maker, Anne has particular expertise in
philanthropic brand development, communications and publications. She
has created annual reports, campaign cases, newsletters, brochures,
solicitation appeals and commemorative books. She has extensive
experience in website messaging and writing. Prior to her consulting
career, Anne served as Vice President of Development &
Communications for Heartland Alliance for Human Needs and Human Rights,
one of Chicago’s largest and most respected social justice
organizations.
